Return Process

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
